Profile

I forgot my password.


A link to reset your password is on the login page. You can also customer support and our team will send a password reset link to the email address associated with the account.




What is my user name?


Your user name is the email you provided to set up your account.




How do I edit my profile?


To change personal information on your profile navigate to the ‘More’ tab select ‘User Profile’. All changes and updates are saved to the care team and family share apps.





Medical Devices

My medical device won't connect to my tablet or smart phone.


1. Open the VitalCare application by tapping the logo on your screen 2. Tap the “More” tab in the bottom right of the screen 3. Tap “Installed Devices” then “Add Device” 4. Turn your device on, tap on the corresponding icon, then tap “next” 5. Tap on the box to the left of the device name, tap “next”, then wait for the “successful pairing” text to display





Vital Signs

How do I change the vitals display on my homepage?


1. Select the 'More' tab on the bottom right

2. Select 'Select Vitals'

3. Select the vitals you would like to display on the home screen





Connectivity

I can't share my vitals with family?


To share your data on the VitalCare app with your physician and family, you will need to be connected to a wireless internet connection or ‘Wi-fi’. To connect to your home's wi-fi, go to your smart device settings and turn Wi-fi on. *Note: You may have a security password that was set by your network provider. You will not be able to log in to your home's wi-fi without this password. To reset the password, you will need to contact your wireless internet provider.




How do I turn on my Bluetooth?”


Tap on “settings” found on the iPad’s homepage

Then tap on “Bluetooth”

Click the switch next to Bluetooth and it will turn green.




How do I connect to wi-fi?

Video Calls

How do I use the video call?


Tap on the “video call” tab at bottom right and tap “call” next to the person you would like to call. TIP: Make sure you have that contact saved in our app, or they will not show on the call list.

Will my data be seen by anyone else?


Your data is only shared with those to whom you give permission.
